| Community care practice aimed to elderly on CCRC with continuous care as the core is rising abroad.In the process of development in China,it is faced with a series of acclimatized problems.It is urgent to explore a model suitable for the current situation of elderly care in China.In recent years,under the guidance of policies with community and home-based elderly care as the core and institutions as the support,a large number of small-scale embedded facilities for the elderly relying on the community,organically integrating institutional nursing care functions and providing home support services have emerged in China,which has become the best platform for CCRC to realize continuous care.By studying the theory and practice of CCRC,learning from its mature experience to optimize the allocation of community-embedded facilities for the elderly,the thesis aims to explore the embedded elderly care model and its allocation strategy suitable for China’s national conditions under the guidance of CCRC theory.Firstly,the thesis combs the policies and practices related to communityembedded facilities for the elderly,and points out the normative limitations.Then,the facilities for the elderly embedded in urban communities scattered in the central urban area of Tianjin are surveyed,and the utilization status of resources related to elderly is analyzed based on GIS;The preference of elderly,including the behavior and service needs in the community are investigated in the form of offline questionnaire.The strength and bias of the categories of service needs of the elderly are quantitatively analyzed by SPSS,and the types of facility function bias matching the actual needs of the elderly are obtained.Secondly,it analyzes the development history and practice of CCRC abroad,and summarizes the design experience from the aspects including hierarchical subdivision of functional services,facility units of continuous care,flexible operation and resource sharing elderly care model.On the basis of the above research,the thesis rethinks the community-embedded facilities for the elderly at the level of facility specification,elderly care mode and function allocation,trying to put forward the community-embedded CCRC-based elderly care model,explaining its function allocation principle,and puts forward four elements.It is "functional space-typical typeelastic organization-Integrated implantation".Then,the community-embedded facilities for the elderly are analyzed in three configuration levels: functional composition,functional organization and functional configuration.The facility functions are refined and four typical space composition types are obtained,four flexible and efficient function organization forms are proposed,and five construction strategies of function integration are included.The embedded CCRC-based elderly care model and configuration construction principles proposed in the thesis are a reconsideration of the localization development of CCRC theory,and provide ideas and strategic reference for the functional configuration design and optimization of community-embedded facilities for the elderly in Tianjin and other aging cities in China. |
