| With the increasing diversification of market demands in the manufacturing industry,the production mode of small-scale and multi-varieties have become the regularized mode of automobile component enterprises.In order to improve the production efficiency,automobile component enterprises have to continuously optimize the production quality and production cost through modern lean production management mode so as to realize the goal of zero inventory,zero defect and zero waste,This article take A company as an example to launch the research。A company with zero waste,zero inventory and zero defect can set up the objective function model of minimizing production cost,lead time and bad rate,but it also has limitations in the application of small batch production mode.Based on this,the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC optimization model is established,and the weight coefficient is introduced to transform the objective function into the single objective Lean Production Planning model.The Lean Six Sigma DMAIC optimization model is applied to a specific case to verify the practical value of the optimization model.In the phase of defining Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model,the production process flow and customer requirements shall be specified;in the phase of measurement,the reliability test shall be conducted after the measurement elements are determined,and the non-performing rate of production shall be analyzed by adopting the binomial process capacity;in the phase of analysis,the production problems and causes may be analyzed by adopting causality diagrams,5W,5W1 H,etc.;in the phase of improvement,the production quality shall be improved by adopting 5S management and visual management tools,and the production planning model shall be solved by genetic algorithm so as to realize the goal of lean production with zero waste and zero inventory;in the phase of control,the goal of the production quality control and planning control shall be integrated to comprehensively improve the production efficiency. |
