| With the steady implementation of the national 14 th five year strategic plan,the state will pay more attention to low-carbon environmental protection and green development in the future.At the same time,through the implementation of a series of national policies,it will develop a strong foundation of the real economy,focus on building a "manufacturing power" as the strategic goal,build a number of core enterprises with high-precision and cutting-edge technology for China,and lay a solid foundation for China to become a manufacturing power.Under the guidance of this policy,China’s manufacturing enterprises will inevitably usher in a new development opportunity.However,with the increasing uncertainty risks at home and abroad,it has brought huge opportunities and challenges to small and medium-sized enterprises.How to face the opportunities and challenges through the improvement of their internal comprehensive strength is an important topic for the transformation of every small and medium-sized enterprise.This thesis takes SG enterprise,a supporting enterprise of a small and medium-sized main engine factory,as the research goal.After introducing the concept of lean production management,SG Company continues to promote management reform,and finally improves its overall operation and management level accordingly.This thesis is mainly carried out according to the following logic.Firstly,in the research stage of this topic,conduct a comprehensive investigation on the industry environment,business status,business process and production structure of the company to find the problems existing in the current lean production process;Secondly,help SG Company draw the business flow chart and make full preparations for solving the problems existing in the production and operation stage through value stream analysis.Finally,build an internal lean production system based on the enterprise,improve the implementation of lean management,comprehensively promote the work efficiency of all links,and provide effective management support for reducing manufacturing costs.Through the research of SG’s lean management improvement project,it can provide reference for other enterprises in similar research. |
