With the changing economic situation,the development of the traditional automobile and its components industry has been greatly challenged,prompting auto parts enterprises to continuously improve their management capabilities to maintain their competitive edge.More and more enterprises are constantly exploring the construction of information technology systems to improve workshop flexibility and production management capabilities.As an important tool in the construction of manufacturing information technology,production management system can achieve real-time monitoring of production planning and production sites.Through data analysis and processing,managers can better understand the status and problems of the entire production process and further improve management efficiency.This dissertation takes LX auto parts enterprise as the research object,through field research to the enterprise,sort out the business process and analyse the main problems and business needs of the enterprise in production planning management,workshop management and warehousing management.Based on this,this dissertation combines lean production theory to improve the production planning system to meet the planning management needs at different stages;this dissertation analyses the various aspects of the business process in and out of the warehouse through the ECRSI analysis method,and finds that non-value-added process operations are cancelled or optimised to improve the enterprise’s production management business process;to address the current problems of low efficiency and poor flexibility in manual planning,this dissertation applies an improved genetic algorithm to improve workshop scheduling,and introduces a simulated annealing algorithm to improve the local search capability to provide algorithmic support for workshop scheduling,and finally it generates a scheduling plan and a Gantt chart of equipment tasks,which improves scheduling efficiency to a certain extent.Based on the requirements analysis,this dissertation combines the improved planning system and business processes to design a lean production management system.Firstly,this dissertation completes the system business blueprint for design,clarifying the association of each system functional module with the business process and its position in the framework of the enterprise information system.Secondly,this dissertation designs the overall system architecture,covering the presentation layer,business logic layer,functional module layer and data access layer,to ensure the smooth operation of the system;thirdly,based on the functional requirements analysis,this dissertation designs in detail the functional modules of production management,workshop execution,procurement management and warehouse management,to implement the business execution of each department;fourthly,this dissertation completes the design of the system database,including the conceptual structure design and logical structure design,mapping the business logic involved in the functional modules of the system into an ER diagram of entity relationships,and improving the database by designing data tables;after the system development was completed,based on the idea of digital lean with IE+IT,this dissertation combined visualization improvement and 6S management to carry out the initial implementation of the system.After the system has been put into operation,the initial results show that the enterprise provides a stable platform for the collaborative operation of all departments with the help of a management system that covers the whole process of product production.The system enables the real-time collection of production data,quickly grasps the production operation and to a certain extent improves the perception and monitoring ability of the management staff on the production site.By applying lean production methods to improve the site,it plays an important role in improving production management and enhancing the competitiveness of the company.
