Municipal engineering has the characteristics of large project scale,long project time,many construction units,complex site hydro geological conditions,complex construction technology,so municipal engineering is faced with a large number of risks.In contemporary municipal engineering projects,project risk management has become a crucial part.In the face of risks and uncertain factors in engineering projects,project managers need to strengthen the risk management of projects,so as to ensure the smooth completion of municipal engineering projects within the specified period of time.By identifying,evaluating and controlling the risks of engineering projects scientifically and systematically,the risks of engineering projects can be kept within the acceptable range of project managers is the main goal of project risk management.Therefore,strengthening the risk management of engineering projects is of great significance to the smooth completion of municipal engineering projects.By reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,referring to the management experience of relevant engineering projects,this paper researches the risk management of Tianjin G104 drainage project.In the risk management of the G104 drainage project,the methods of Literature Review,interviews with relevant personnel of various departments,and analysis of past projects of the unit are used to identify the risk,and then the risk factors affecting the G104 drainage project are determined by using the method of expert investigation;In the process of risk assessment,first of all,a risk analysis model is established by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),and then the weight of each risk is determined by using the judgment information given by experts,then statistical risk probability and the impact of the questionnaire survey results,calculating the value at risk for each risk factor,finally,the ranking of risk factors is given by combining the risk weight and the risk value;In risk control,the measures of risk control are given according to the results of risk evaluation,in the construction process of the project,attention should also be paid to whether the risk control measures are effective,and timely modification of the failed risk control measures.
