Research On The Owner's Risk Management Of Beipai Tidal Barrage Risk Removal And Reinforcing Project

Nowadays, project management has been widely used in large and medium-sized water conservancy construction in china. The methods of investment control, quality control and progress control are totally accepted by owner in a comprehensive system while the risk management is still in the passive response situation.And the deficiency of risk management brings series related issues especially by the lack of owner's awareness.This requires that the owner must has a sense of urgency and risk awareness in the situationwhich could take effective measures to reduce the adverse effects of risks extremely.Therefore, the study of owner's risk management has significant importance in the water conservancy const(?)thesis, based on the research of risk management,the author takes the risk management in the implementation phase as the research object from the owner's point of view through the study of Beipai River Tidal Barrage reinforcement project. The main work is done as follows:First of all,the author puts forward the specific route of this paper which based on the theory of risk identification and the features of the project.Secondly, builds the analysis of risk factors for the hierarchical model of the project by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) by SPSS which is according to questionnaires and experts opinion.Thirdly,the risk index is realized through the basic idea of hypothesis testing by taking the small probability principle. At last, then how to face the actual situation is suggested.Through above research,the author gets the owner's risk list in implementation phase, and the calculated risk weight which puts into grade evaluation,and takes the specific measures ofhow to response the risk.In this thesis, based on the introduction of the Theories and methods of risk management and by particularity analysis of owner's risk research in hydraulic engineering project, the specific measures are put forward for the risk management from a practical point of view. The research of the thesis has a certain significant in the future which will improve the importance of the awareness of the owners by facing the risk and make the owners realize how to participate better in the management.
