As a vital part for China to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals,the integrated power system plays a key role in the construction of a modern clean energy system.In addition,the integrated power system can provide guarantee for high-quality social and economic development.China started a new round of power system reform in 2015 based on the new goals of social development,aimed at constructing an efficient and sustainable integrated power system.It is necessary scientifically evaluate the efficiency performance of the integrated power system based on the background of the power system reform,which can provide reasonable suggestions for efficiency improvement.This is of great significance for social development.In this study,the dynamic network slacks-based measure model is used as the basic model for the efficiency assessment of the integrated power system.The scenario analysis method is adopted to construct an integrated power system efficiency evaluation model based on different market electricity transaction proportions,it was applied to evaluate the production efficiency and environmental efficiency of the integrated power system in China’s 30 provincial-level administrative regions from2014 to 2017.The influence of disposability assumptions on the environmental efficiency of the integrated power system are studied in depth.An environmental efficiency evaluation model is proposed,which can describe the actual production of the integrated power system.The research found that:(1)Compared with the semi-disposability assumption,the environmental efficiency performance of the integrated power system may be underestimated when strong disposability assumption is adopted,while the weak disposability assumption tends to overestimate the environmental efficiency performance.Under the semi-disposability assumption,the technical features of undesirable outputs of the integrated power system can be described,it is more suitable for environmental efficiency assessment of the integrated power system.(2)The establishment of the electricity trading market helps to improve the production efficiency and environmental efficiency performance of the integrated power system,and the proportion of electricity traded in the electricity trading market only had a slight influence on the efficiency of the integrated power system.Moreover,a completely market-oriented trading mechanism resulted in a worse performance for the integrated power system,regions have diverse performances after the establishment of the electricity trading market.(3)The policy formulation is firmly rooted on the regional integrated power system situation.The proportion of renewable energy is the key factor affecting the environmental efficiency of the integrated power system.A reasonable proportion of the thermal power should be determined to ensure a stable supply of the power in the process of clean power structure transformation.
