As the global economy continues to grow,energy consumption continues to increase,causing the global fossil fuel shortage and other problems,the development of renewable energy has become an irresistible trend.Biomass energy as a renewable energy fuel,will take this opportunity to do something.In a theoretical sense,experts’ research on biomass power generation mainly focuses on industrial efficiency and profit relative efficiency,while there are not many studies on production efficiency.From the practical level,China’s biomass energy utilization rate is low,and has not formed a complete industrial chain.In short,graduate material power generation field,analysis of power generation enterprise production efficiency is very necessary.Firstly,through qualitative screening by experts,Spearman correlation test and quantitative screening by FAHP method,the influencing factors of 9 biomass power generation enterprises such as "biomass power generation income" and "biomass power generation" were obtained.Secondly,the super-efficiency SBM model is used to calculate the production efficiency of Z enterprise in 15 years.Finally,with 9 influencing factors as independent variables and Z enterprise’s production efficiency as dependent variable,multiple linear regression is used to analyze the influencing factors of Z enterprise’s production efficiency.The results show that:(1)The production efficiency of Z enterprise fluctuates to a certain extent,but presents a linear upward trend on the whole.Of course,productivity has declined in the last two years of 2019 and 2020.(2)From the perspective of slack variables,the average redundancy rate of "total assets","number of labor" and "straw and other raw materials" of Z company from 2006 to 2020 is 5.43%,3.45% and 8.67% respectively.(3)Through multiple linear regression analysis,the production efficiency of Z enterprise is only affected by four factors: "straw and other raw materials","net profit","technological innovation" and "pollutant discharge",among which the standardized regression coefficient of "straw and other raw materials" is 0.967,which has the greatest impact on the production efficiency of Z enterprise.(4)According to the analysis results of production efficiency and influencing factors,suggestions are put forward: For the redundancy of "number of labor force",enterprises should reduce the number of employees;For the redundancy of "straw and other fuels",enterprises should ensure the quantity,quality and price of biomass fuels;For the redundancy of "total assets",enterprises should reduce the input of fixed assets and current assets;In order to improve the ability of technological innovation,enterprises should continue to strengthen the research and development of technology and equipment;In order to reduce the emission of pollutants,it is necessary to control the emission of pollutants with innovative technologies and adopt monitoring and evaluation of pollutants.In order to increase net profit,enterprises should reduce the cost of power generation and improve the efficiency of power generation.The conclusions obtained in this paper have certain practicability,which can be used for reference not only for Z enterprise to improve production efficiency,but also for other enterprises in the biomass power generation industry.
