In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the economic development level and the acceleration of the process of industrialization,the consumption of electric power energy also presents a continuous growth trend.Facing the increasing demand of electric power energy,improving the production efficiency of electric power energy industry and making clear the scientific improvement path are not only the key to promote the sustainable development of economy and society,but also the urgent requirement to ensure the energy security of a country.In addition,under the background of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode,it has become the requirement of the new era to promote the transformation and upgrading of power energy industry structure.Therefore,as an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of power energy industrial structure,technology development has become the focus of attention.However,in the actual power energy production process,the development of technology is a process of continuous accumulation,and the accumulation effect of patent and technology investment exceeds the corresponding factor endowment in each period;The technology input in the previous period may realize the technology innovation in the next period through the accumulation process,and the patents obtained in the production activities in the previous period will also be applicable in the production process in each subsequent period.The accumulation and evolution of this technology is accompanied by the whole process of power energy production,and plays an important role in the development and evolution of power energy industry from the past to the future.Therefore,this article adopts the method of data driven,the first building more than a cycle data envelopment analysis(DEA)model,therefore,this article adopts the method of data driven,first built a cycle DEAmodel,and to include the technology accumulation process in the evaluation of dynamic efficiency,overcome the deficiency of the existing models to some extent,highlighted the technology accumulation in importance in the evaluation of electric energy production efficiency.At the same time,this method is applied to the production efficiency evaluation of China's provincial power energy industry from 2008 to 2017,providing valuable information for decision-makers to correctly and comprehensively identify the current operation status of the industry,promote the improvement of power energy production efficiency,and promote the transformation and upgrading of power energy industry structure.In addition,China has a vast territory,different regions have great differences in production,life style and geographical location,resulting in the distribution and imbalance of economic development,resource endowment among regions,which to a certain extent brings difficulties and uncertainties to the formulation and implementation of development policies for the power energy industry and the coordinated development of the power energy industry among regions.Therefore,from the macroscopic level to identify the regional electric power industry production efficiency of spatial relations,explore promoting electric power industry production efficiency of driving factors,analyses and studies the driving factors and electric power industry on the space relationship between the production efficiency and influence,to formulate a scientific and reasonable electric energy production efficiency path of ascension and the regional cooperation has important reference significance.Therefore,this paper uses spatial autocorrelation model and relevant spatial econometric model to analyze the production efficiency of provincial electric energy industry in China from 2008 to 2017,identify the spatial correlation of production efficiency of electric energy industry in each province,and explore the driving factors to promote the improvement of production efficiency of electric energy.Targeted to provide the decision-makers with the cooperation path and promotion path to improve the production efficiency of the power energy industry,so as to contribute to promote the overall level of production efficiency of the power energy industry in China and the coordinated development of the po wer energy industry between regions.
