At present,the speed of railway trains in China is constantly improving,with the operating mileage ranking third in the world,and the electrification mileage steadily ranking first in the world.In China,railways are the economic artery of the country and play a crucial role in the modernization and urbanization process.Railways have the characteristics of reliability,efficiency,safety,long transportation distance,and low transportation costs,making them the undisputed main transportation in China.With the increase of the opening time of railway lines,the upgrading of communication technology and the emergence of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,digitalization and Big data,the safety risks of railway transportation have increased significantly.As the "central nervous system",railway signaling has a wide variety of equipment types and quantities,complex system design,and high incidence of safety risks,making it difficult to identify.Based on Grounded theory,this paper analyzes the risk factors of railway signal system in operation period and establishes a risk evaluation model.The classification of railway signal Systemic risk in the existing literature is taken as the basis and the direction of data collection.Import the collected data into Nvivo software for programmed three-level coding,and then sort out the coding results to get a three-level evaluation model of railway signal Systemic risk.Then,in XS railway,questionnaire method and Delphi method method are used to investigate and analyze the data of severity and frequency of risk factors in the railway signal Systemic risk evaluation model during the operation period,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk.The incidence survey data is used as the evaluation set to form an evaluation matrix,and the evaluation value is calculated based on the severity data obtained from the questionnaire survey.Finally,corresponding response strategies are provided based on the evaluation results.Establish an XS railway signal monitoring and warning system to continuously monitor risks.By analyzing the potential factors of risks during the operation period of the railway signal system,a risk assessment model for the operation period of the railway signal system was established,which includes four first level risk factors,nine second level risk factors,and20 third level risk factors,including human factors,cable power sources,environment,equipment,and systems.On this basis,a risk assessment was conducted on the XS railway signal system to obtain the evaluation values of various risk factors.Among the first level risk factors,the equipment and system factors had the highest risk value,followed by human factors,and the overall evaluation value was moderate.Based on the evaluation results,corresponding risk response and supervision strategies were proposed,effectively improving the speed of fault handling and reducing the risk occurrence rate. |
