Environmental Renovation Design Of Abandoned Factories In Qinling Mountains From The Perspective Of Cultural Tourism

With the development of the times,many economic industries have undergone significant optimization and adjustment,leading to factory closures or relocations due to various reasons,leaving behind a large number of abandoned factories.In recent years,national,provincial,and municipal governments have continuously issued relevant policies to promote the renovation of old factories and implement a series of factory renovation measures.Currently,the focus of renovation is mainly on urban areas,while abandoned factories in the Qinling Mountains(suburbs and rural areas)are not given enough attention,resulting in the continued abandonment of such factories or their reoccupation due to insufficient design theories.The abandonment of factories not only wastes existing material and cultural resources but also pollutes the ecological environment.Therefore,the abandoned factories in the Qinling Mountains urgently need to be renovated.Due to the unique geographical location and cultural resources of the Qinling Mountains,this study proposes an environmental renovation design concept that combines the abandoned factories in the Qinling Mountains with cultural tourism.Firstly,the literature review method was used to comb through the related concepts and theories involved in the research,and the case analysis method was used to conduct in-depth analysis of representative cases of abandoned factory renovation,providing a solid theoretical basis for the environmental renovation design of abandoned factories in the Qinling Mountains.Secondly,taking the abandoned factories in the Qinling Mountains as the research object,the regional overview,factory development history,and factory environmental status were analyzed to explore the value and existing problems of the abandoned factories in the Qinling Mountains.Thirdly,based on the existing problems,the design method of environmental renovation was constructed,and the strategic planning,renovation upgrading,model positioning,and marketing promotion of factory cultural tourism development were expounded from four aspects.According to the six renovation design principles proposed,the design strategy of overall planning and renovation of environmental space from a macro perspective was summarized on the basis of respecting the current situation,as well as the design strategy of utilizing landscape elements to renovate industrial buildings,industrial facilities,abandoned materials,and natural resources from a micro perspective.Finally,the environmental renovation design of the Lintong Gold Mine Factory was carried out as a design practice.Through comprehensive analysis and site investigation,the available resources and existing problems were discovered,and a reasonable environmental renovation design plan was formulated based on the theoretical methods studied in the previous sections,achieving the successful transformation of the site and meeting the requirements of sustainableThrough the research of this subject,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.Through the investigation,it is found that the abandoned factories in Qinling Mountains have the foundation of cultural tourism development.2.From the perspective of cultural tourism,propose the method of environmental renovation design for abandoned factories in Qinling Mountains.3.Conduct practical verification of environmental transformation design of Lintong Gold Mine.It is hoped to provide some theoretical supplement and practical reference for the environmental transformation design of abandoned factories in Qinling Mountains and other similar factories,and to attract more scholars’ attention to the resources of abandoned factories in Qinling Mountains.
