The Research On The Spatial Structure In The Design Of Old Industrial Factory Renovation Design

After decades of economic development,China has made remarkable achievements in the field of industrial construction.With the development of productive forces and promote the social progress,the production of the original way of life has changed,the social transformation of the urgent need to upgrade,and a large number of industrial plants out is also facing how to adapt to the transformation problem of the demand of social development in the new period.Simply a large demolition and construction is not in accord with the sustainable development of society,at the same time,the transformation of waste plant to use has become a hot topic in the field of architecture.The main object of this paper is to upgrade the city waste plant remains,the purpose is to waste plant transformation design mode,different environmental conditions of the space structure model,methods and ideas,and previous experience and rules,combined with the actual case design method summary space construction waste plant in reconstruction and design efficiency the quality of ideas,and local conditions to select different types of transformation strategy.First of all,the space structure research on the design and improvement of the waste plant in question,introducing the background,reason and significance of the research,at the same time,writing ideas and research status of domestic and foreign research literature review,discusses research content and methods of transformation of space structure design theory of waste real plants from different historical conditions at home and abroad.And through data collection and literature reading combined with the actual investigation of the actual situation of the transformation and utilization of waste plant status and existing problems are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,through the actual case summary of spatial reuse of the abandoned factory renovation design of common mode: functional implantation,space reconstruction,streamline reorganization and rebuild environment,the choice of application process for internal space reconstruction and the reconstruction of the current waste factory provides a common template design in the research object under the relatively fixed becomes rule-based.In addition,summarizes the advantages and constraints of using the abandoned factory building renovation,discussed how to use the modular design method to improve the design efficiency,thus summed up the implementation strategy,provide a reference for the same type of reconstruction scheme.Finally,after space transformation strategy has been previously summarized,the design scheme of reform of Wuhan Institute of Technology College of art and design as an example,the relevant empirical research on the proposed strategy,through the analysis of practical cases to verify the theoretical guidance and operability.
