industry.In the process of Digital transformation of construction enterprises,their willingness to Digital transformation is also affected by various factors,and the way and degree of influence are also related to the success or failure of Digital transformation of construction enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,construction enterprises is the main object in which paper takes,starting from the digital perspective,on the basis of sorting out and identifying the influencing factors of Digital transformation of construction enterprises,further analyzes the mechanism of key influencing factors on Digital transformation of construction enterprises in combination with social network theory,and provides theoretical basis and guidance for the development of Digital transformation of construction enterprises.First,based on the literature analysis,we have preliminarily identified many factors that affect the Digital transformation of construction enterprises,and then combined or eliminated the relevant influencing factors with the help of policy tools and expert interviews,and determined the list of influencing factors of Digital transformation of construction enterprises according to the final identification results;Secondly,based on the social network theory and the relationship matrix data between the influencing factors of the Digital transformation of construction enterprises,the relationship network model of the influencing factors is constructed.Then,from the overall network analysis and individual network analysis,the key influencing factors of the Digital transformation of construction enterprises are determined by calculating the indicators of "degree and degree difference","intermediate centrality" and "middleman";Finally,based on the evolution process of Digital transformation of construction enterprises,construction enterprises with different digital levels are included in the evolutionary game framework,and an evolutionary game model of
