Research On Digital Transformation Path Of JB Construction Enterprise

Developing digital economy has become a strategic choice to grasp the new opportunities of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.Construction industry is a pillar industry for our national economy and one of the important fields for promoting high quality digital economy.In recent years,with the gradual saturation of the construction market and the fading of the demographic dividend,the growth rate of the construction industry began to slow down and the profit rate gradually declined.Moreover,the construction industry in China is faced with repeated production of products,convergence of functions and performance,serious waste of resources and other problems.So that,it is urgent to carry out the transformation development under the new situation.The acceleration of artificial intelligence,big data,information and digitization construction also provides the premise,basis and possibility for the transformation and development of enterprises,including construction enterprises.There is no doubt that digital transformation is a high-level transformation based on digital transformation and digital upgrade,which further touches on the core business,organizational activities,business(or management)process,and employee ability of the enterprise,and aims to establish a new mode of operation and management.Therefore,it has great practical and long-term significance to study it.Through the graduation thesis topic selection,literature reading,collection of relevant information,study & collation and enterprise research,based on the research of the literature review of the digital transformation of construction enterprises,the conceptual connotation of the digital transformation of construction enterprises,the characteristics of the digital transformation of construction enterprises,basic requirements and the main content,and making the JB construction enterprises as the research object,to analyze the necessity and feasibility of its digital transformation,as well as the main tasks that should be tackled.Based on the questionnaire survey,The problems facing the digital transformation include insufficient understanding of digital thought,great obstacles to breaking the original development mode,difficult digital talents introduction and transformation,difficult construction of digital transformation infrastructure,and large pressure of capital demand for digital transformation.On the basis of previous studies,the thesis explores the path suitable for JB construction enterprises’ digital transformation,and then puts forward specific measures for JB construction enterprises’ digital transformation.Such as strengthening strategic guidance and top-level design,accelerating the specific application of digitization,creating a new organizational structure that adapt to the digital age,strengthening smooth data circulation chain,ensuring capital input and improving investment efficiency.And providing security for the implementation of the transformation from the risk control,capital investment,corporate culture construction and other aspects.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,it can help Chinese construction enterprises to improve their project and operation management level by using digital means.Thus,Chinese construction industry can adapt to more fierce competition,improve the competitiveness,so as to help Chinese construction enterprises to get on the world stage at an early date,to play a due role in the adjustment of national economic structure,and to promote the further development of Chinese market economy.
