| Along with the development of digital economy,the tide of global big data informationization emerges unceasingly,the digitization transformation of every enterprise in our country also advances unceasingly along with the development of digital economy,many traditional manufacturing industries are facing the challenges of not adapting to the market,not meeting the individualized needs of consumers,and so on,which have brought them enormous market competition pressure,including automobile manufacturing enterprises,in the face of these difficult decision-making period,the digital transformation has become a general trend.Digital transformation can be understood as away and means of using digital technologies and capabilities to drive business model innovation and business ecosystem restructuring,with the aim and core of Business Transformation,innovation and growth,promoting the development of enterprise performance is also the source of constructing digital production and creating core marketing ability.Digital transformation is the key point for many manufacturing enterprises to survive and develop in the future.To carry on the digital transformation is not only beneficial to the promotion of enterprises’own competitiveness,but also can help our country to step forward to the digital powerful country.In recent years,the state has issued many important policies on digital transformation,providing more policy support and transformation advice to many traditional manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,Dongfeng Automobile is selected as a case company by means of the case study method.According to the study on the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry by scholars,the automobile enterprises with Higher Evaluation Index of Digital Transformation and better development are selected as the case companies,this paper studies the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance.This article first introduced the introduction part,proposed this article research background and the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation and the research content and the method,the second chapter defines the concepts of digital economy,digitization and digitization transformation,and describes the theoretical basis of influencing enterprise performance.The third chapter of the middle chapter mainly introduces the Dongfeng Motor and its background,motivation,mechanism and path of transformation,etc.,the fourth chapter,through the analysis of Dongfeng Automobile’s digital transformation mechanism and path,obtains the changes of financial performance and non-financial performance before and after enterprise transformation,the cross-sectional comparison is a comparative analysis of traditional financial indexes between Dongfeng automobile and two stateowned enterprises,which are in the same period of digital transformation,production of products,and similar scale,as well as the average value of Dongfeng automobile industry,mainly from the profit ability、the development ability、the debt paying ability and the operation ability four abilities carry on the analysis;The vertical comparison is based on the traditional financial indicators from 2013 to 2013,which are the pre-and post-transition phases of the four competency 2021,and select the impact of enterprise performance in the four aspects of the 11 traditional financial indicators of the factor analysis model for comprehensive evaluation analysis;In addition,it also analyzes four aspects of non-financial performance:Customer Satisfaction,Human Resources,R&D Innovation and brand awareness,finally,the fifth chapter draws the conclusion that the digital transformation of Dongfeng automobile has certain positive effect on the enterprise’s profitability,development ability,debt paying ability and non-financial performance,but the positive effect on operating capacity is not a big conclusion.Therefore,according to the conclusion of enterprise digital transformation,four suggestions are put forward:reducing cost and increasing efficiency,improving enterprise competitiveness,perfecting corresponding inventory and accounts receivable system;We will step up innovative research and development,continue to push forward the digital transformation,grasp the development stage and find the right path for the digital transformation.At the end of the paper,the author points out some deficiencies in the research of the whole paper and puts forward some prospects. |
