Research On The Development Of Villages In Urban Fringe Area

China has always insisted on the grand strategies of balanced urban and rural development,in October 2003,in on the third plenary session of the eleventh party made it clear to the urban and rural development as a whole,then,in 2007,the party in the 17 th and further puts forward the new thinking of the integration of urban and rural economic and social development;In 2012,after the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the integration of urban and rural development in China is on the right track.By 2017,the state officially proposes to guarantee the implementation of the urban-rural integration strategy from the aspects of system guarantee and policy guidance.From the point of time and space dimensions,from urban and rural areas as a whole strategy is put forward,and then to country officially put forward to guarantee the implementation of the strategy of urban and rural development,reflects the party and the state for the deep concern for the relationship between town and country.The urbanization process of China's big cities and small and medium-sized cities have gradually tend to be perfect,the future of our country's urbanization process will continue to two,three,four cities and even smaller cities and rural areas.The urban fringe area is between urban area and rural area,and its land use property is also urban and rural.Our country tradition calls "urban-rural joint part".Compared with suburbs or urban centers,most urban fringe areas have low population density,lack of planning guidance and infrastructure,and have broad development space and huge development prospects.Therefore,as the mostdirect,sensitive and responsive urban fringe area,the city itself has become a crucial core area in the process of urbanization development.In the construction of urban fringe areas,village reconstruction and its planning and development have become the top priority.In the edge of the city of our country land is mainly used for farming and forestry planting,since most in rural areas,economic development level,lagging behind the urban areas in land development and utilization,planning layout,economic development and land management system,etc,and has bigger difference compared to the city.Affected by the economic development of central city,culture,science and technology innovation mode of production,life and entertainment facilities in radiation effects,city fringe area villagers' way of life to change gradually,but still has great potential for development.Our country present adhere to protect rural basic farmland,advocates the principle of intensive use of land,so the development of the reasonable planning in urban fringe area villages,to improve land utilization,improve the edge zone of the villagers living environment.In this paper,from the perspective of urban and rural planning,urban fringe area village development research in the country as a whole of urban and rural development strategy,adhere to the principle of everything from set out actually,and theoretical analysis on the edge of the city area,sino-foreign village planning and construction of the relevant case analysis,put forward the current domestic cities in the edge of the village development into a dilemma,to read about instances of inductive,why around the fringe area of city villages planning development,how to deal with the difficulties met in the planning and development,and proposed the corresponding solution,and connecting with the reduced land in yichang of hubei,a concrete instance of rock flower village,put forward their heart to urban fringe area village planning and development of new ideas,to become objects that can be used for reference in the future development of China's urbanization process,for after the edge of the city regional development to lay the theoretical and practical basis.
