| It has provided strong support for building a new development pattern for services and promoting economic and social development.As the basic strategic resources of the shipping industry,crew resources support the healthy and stable development of the shipping industry.As a crew management company affiliated to a leading central enterprise in the shipping industry,DY Company has been shouldering the responsibility of providing adequate quantity and high-quality crew for ships.With the constant changes of economic situation and national policies,the reality has put forward new requirements for the shipping industry,and the crew human resource planning of each company should also be adjusted accordingly.This paper will combine the internal and external environment to analyze DY company’s crew human resources,so as to obtain a suitable crew human resource plan.After consulting a large number of literatures,the author first made a detailed understanding of the concept of human resource planning and human resource planning methods,then combined with the occupation and company situation to determine the research direction,select the appropriate research tools.This paper will first use case analysis and other methods,through the analysis of DY company’s shipowner situation and the current situation of the company’s fleet and development planning,combined with the company’s personnel changes in the past five years,calculate the crew reserve coefficient,so as to do a brief analysis of DY company’s crew human resources status quo,pointed out the current stage of the company’s crew human resources planning faced by the problems.Then,through the trend prediction method,the current situation planning method and other methods,combined with the realistic factors,the demand forecast of DY company’s crew human resources.Calculate the average theoretical reserve coefficient with the calculated maximum and minimum theoretical reserve coefficient,and then use the Markov model method,combined with relevant laws and regulations,estimate the theoretical promotion time of the crew,get the internal supply number forecast.Then make the dismission personnel forecast according to the company situation,synthesize the above data,get the crew human resources supply forecast of DY company.Then balance the supply and demand of human resources according to the aforementioned demand and supply situation,and calculate the human resources gap of crew.Finally,according to the foregoing analysis,put forward the specific plan and the corresponding implementation strategy.By analyzing the current situation of human resource management of DY Company,combined with internal and external environment,this paper finds that there are problems such as lack of quantity,imbalance of structure,low utilization rate of resources,lack of safety and stability in crew human resource planning of DY company.According to the theory of human resource planning,combined with the practical factors,the corresponding solutions are put forward. |
