With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway and the basic completion of the railway network,the advantages of relying on high-speed railway for railway freight transportation are gradually highlighted.Faster speed,more timely transportation products and higher quality services are important requirements of customers for logistics products.However,in the process of business development,some problems of high-speed rail express are inevitable,especially in the centralized distribution goods of "the first kilometer" and "the last kilometer",which is much behind other logistics enterprises,which is related to the history of the enterprise and the current situation of development.In order to give full play to the resource advantages of the existing equipment base of high-speed railway,improve the overall transportation efficiency of high-speed railway express and improve the image of high-speed railway express products in the hearts of customers,this paper makes an in-depth study on the freight distribution path at the urban logistics end under the background of high-speed Railway Express.Firstly,combined with the actual process and characteristics of the high-speed railway express transportation process,find the main problems and crux of the high-speed railway express transportation,and summarize the problem as a vehicle routing problem to find a solution.Then,from the perspective of multi center,considering the collection and distribution path comprehensively and adding the constraints of time window,this paper designs and studies the multi center collection and distribution path of urban logistics of high-speed rail express,and puts forward a path optimization model of integration and distribution with soft time window suitable for specific products of high-speed rail express.In the process of considering the transportation cost,the consideration of carbon emission cost is also added,which not only saves the enterprise cost,but also takes into account the specific requirements of environmental protection.Then,in the multiple heuristic algorithm,a heuristic algorithm combining genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is selected and designed to solve the multiple models.Finally,combined with the actual service data and situation of China Railway Express in a city,the optimized centralized distribution path is obtained by using the constructed model.Through the comparison of examples,it is concluded that the optimization scheme can indeed achieve the purpose of reducing the comprehensive cost of enterprise distribution. |
