In recent years,with the incremental action of railway freight,the advantages of high-speed express logistics,low cost and high reliability are gradually highlighted.However,with the development of business,the short board of high-speed rail express business is gradually emerging.The current high-speed rail express business is small in size,lack of professional loading and unloading equipment and personnel organization,and there is a big gap in the construction of terminal outlets,especially in the "last kilometer" terminal pick-up and delivery service,which is faced with the dilemma of weak capacity.In this paper,the high-speed rail logistics terminal services as a starting point,according to the timeliness of high-speed rail express products,the first is to study the vehicle routing optimization problem of single vehicle joint distribution with time window constraints.In order to meet the time constraints of distribution products,using the improved mileage saving method,through comparing the distribution costs before and after optimization,the research content is feasible for the actual optimization of high-speed rail express product distribution path.Secondly,considering the limitation of hardware facilities at the end of high-speed rail express,this paper studies the vehicle scheduling problem of one-way distribution of high-speed rail express,establishes a model of vehicle scheduling problem with minimum distribution cost and double constraints of load and time window,and uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem;thirdly,according to the characteristics of too few secondary distribution outlets and insufficient vehicle utilization rate of high-speed rail express This paper puts forward the concept of "vehicle with point",studies the vehicle scheduling problem of two-way matching,establishes the vehicle adaptive scheduling and path planning model with thegoal of minimizing the total cost and double constraints,and uses the vehicle autonomous scheduling model to insert the research ideas of point,PFIH insertion method is used to optimize the route of vehicle autonomous scheduling,which inserts the dynamic demand of new parts.Local optimization algorithm and hybrid ant colony algorithm are used to solve the vehicle route optimization problem.Finally,on the basis of the established optimization model of vehicle routing and vehicle scheduling according to the characteristics of high-speed rail express products,Taking Lanzhou high-speed rail express as an example to calculate and analyze,respectively,the vehicle scheduling of one-way distribution and two-way distribution is studied,and new demand points are designed to further optimize the path.Through the practical analysis of the case,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of express delivery mode of high-speed rail,so as to meet the time limit and control the operation cost of the enterprise.
