| With the upgrading and optimization of China’s transportation organization, transportation efficiency has been effectively improved.Driven by the increasing demand for high value-added and high-efficiency express distribution,high-speed railway EMUs are increasingly used in logistics, and it is increasingly possible to normalize the operation of high-speed rail freight trains. In recent years, due to the continuous expansion of the economic scale of the megacities and the more vigorous market demand, driven by the market, the express business volume of the megacities has been increasing day by day,and the proportion of high value-added and high time-efficient express mail has been increasing. This suggests that the development of modern logistics Higher requirements. When high-speed rail is used for express transportation with high value-added and high time-efficiency requirements between mega-cities,the timeliness of express transportation on trunk lines between cities is effectively guaranteed. However, after the high-speed rail completes the end-to-end transportation between cities and reaches the mega-cities,the timeliness of express shipments is effectively guaranteed. The urban area is large, the customer locations are scattered, and there are too many links after the express mail enters the megacity under the conventional distribution mode, the timeliness of the arrival of the high-speed rail express cannot be fully guaranteed.Under the background of the rapid development of China’s megacities, the increasing demand for high-efficiency and high-value-added express distribution, and the continuous improvement of time-limited service quality, how to achieve efficient distribution of high-speed rail expresses after arriving in the destination city to ensure the high timeliness of the arrival of high-speed rail expresses is a problem that needs to be studied and solved urgently.First of all, this paper analyzes the relevant theories of high-speed rail express and urban distribution by studying domestic and foreign literature, and analyzes the current development status of high-speed rail express and urban distribution, paving the way for the research of this article.Secondly, this article combines actual problems, and innovatively proposes a cross-dock distribution model based on multi-stop high-speed rail freight trains and urban vehicles in a megacity with multiple high-speed rail stations, and the operation process of this mode.Design and analyze the applicable conditions of this model, and then conduct a feasibility analysis of the model from the aspects of EMU vehicle technology and transportation routes. Then, based on the above analysis and demonstration, this paper conducts a research on the route optimization problem of the coordinated distribution of high-speed rail freight trains and urban vehicles based on multi-site stops, taking into account factors such as the time window of customer receipt,to include the transportation cost of high-speed rail freight trains, urban vehicles. The optimization goal is to minimize the sum of the distribution cost, the transit cost of express mail at the high-speed rail station, the fixed operating cost of urban vehicles, and the penalty cost of the customer’s time window. The optimization model of the collaborative distribution path of high-speed rail freight trains and urban vehicles based on multi-site stops is constructed.,And designed a simulated annealing algorithm to solve it.Finally, this paper takes the super-large city Shanghai as an example to carry out an example analysis, and obtains the optimal distribution plan for the collaborative distribution of high-speed rail freight trains and urban vehicles based on multi-site stops. This model is compared with the method of urban distribution based on a single high-speed rail site. And carry out a sensitivity analysis on the load capacity of the distribution vehicle. The analysis results show that when the cross-docking distribution mode of "high-speed rail freight trains based on multiple stops and urban vehicles coordinated distribution" is adopted, the distribution cost of express mail is lower and the punctual distribution rate is higher. The distribution model in this article provides an effective solution for high-speed rail freight trains in megacities to cooperate with urban vehicles to complete more time-efficient distribution, and provides a certain reference for the operation of high-speed rail express in the future when the demand for remote express mail continues to increase. |
