| Now China’s rail transit industry is developing rapidly,and the manufacturing and innovation capacity of rail transit vehicles has reached a very high level.However,due to the fact that domestic designers attach importance to the research and development of the core technology of the rail car and ignore the human factors engineering design of the cab of the rail car,and there is no comprehensive and unified standard for the design of the cab of the rail car in China,the cab of the rail car designed and produced does not conform to the human-centered design concept,The driver’s comfort can not be guaranteed when driving the rail car.The research contents and conclusions are as follows(1)Based on the theory of human factors engineering,this paper analyzes the various factors that affect the comfort of the cab from the psychological and physiological point of view,and draws the fishbone diagram of the factors that affect the comfort of the cab.(2)This paper analyzes the influence of the indoor environment and facilities layout on people’s physiology and psychology.Taking the subway as an example,according to the specified indoor environment standards,the temperature,humidity and noise of the subway cab of a locomotive and rolling stock factory are measured and analyzed;The seat design method is modified by using the growth rate of foreign body size standards;Observe the driver’s simulated driving operation,summarize the operation process,get the frequency and corresponding area table of the control device,and evaluate the layout of the control device of the subway console in the plant.(3)A comprehensive evaluation system of railway passenger car cab is established.According to the grade division and weight coefficient distribution of cab factors,the design of subway cab seat and console in a vehicle factory is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by using questionnaire survey,Creo measurement and weighted average method;Using CATIA ergonomics module to simulate the model,the irrationality of the model is verified,and new improvements are found.(4)Using the revised dimensions and the median or recommended values in the design standard,the improved model of the new subway console and seat is drawn.The model is first simulated and verified by the 50 th percentile male and female model person in CATIA software,and then verified by questionnaire survey,The overall verification results show that the optimized model is in line with the concept of human factors engineering,and also verify the reliability of the revised seat design method;Finally,a summary table of the analysis results of the original model and the optimization of the new model is obtained. |
