In Huai'an The East The Scutching Group On The Shop Floor To Improve The Human Factors Engineering And Research

In people oriented society, more and more companies have applied human-factors engineering to improve the enterprise workshop. Based on background of Huaian Oriental Qingmian Cotton Textile Group (HOQCTG), this dissertation aims to apply human-factors engineering to research and explore workshop site improvement.Referring to the related literatures on human-factors engineering, basic concepts, basic research methods as well as the content under research of human-factors engineering are illustrated and summarized in this dissertation. On base of investigating workshops of HOQCTG, the existing problems on the inefficiency in the environment factors over workshops are analyzed, which including noise, temperature, humidity, cotton dust, lighting conditions, mobile seats and so on.From the view points of system engineering and taking use of human-factors engineering theory and method, the enterprise human-factors engineering improvement framework design is proposed, which set the design objectives and design principles workshop improvement program. And we proposed specific solutions to environmental noise and temperature, humidity in sizing workshop, workshop cotton dust, illumination in quality inspection shop, winder's work space and seating areas in the cotton textile workshop, and the relevant measures are also putted forward. At last, the desired effects of the solutions are analyzed.
