Research On Workshop Environment Improvement Of Yantai Foxconn Group Based On Human Factors Engineering

With the rapid development of modern disciplines,gradually different disciplines theory and content are applied to the modern enterprise management.This paper takes Foxconn as the research object,in order to further reduce the cost and improve the quality of products and the staff's working efficiency,human factors engineering theory is applied to improve the working environment of Foxconn enterprises.This paper mainly introduces the research status at home and abroad,according to the existing theory as the basis,for environmental assessment and determination which use the standards of workshop environment are introduced,and analyzing the current situation of Foxconn enterprise production workshop,and the micro climate environment,lighting environment,sound environment the factors and so on in the workshop were determined,and the fuzzy mathematics method is used to carry on fuzzy evaluation.Then this paper gives the corresponding improvement on the existing problems of the workshop,and the prospective effect of the improved environment is qualitatively analyzed.Finally putting forward human intervention which can have an affect on mental performance.Through this research,to develop a series of environmental improvement project for Foxconn enterprise,and it makes the enterprise operation environment can be improved,so as the working efficiency of enterprise workers are improved,so that it has laid a certain foundation and reference direction for the practical application of human engineering theory in the enterprise.
