The railway transportation system has always occupied a dominant position in the transportation mode of our country. With the continuous enhancement of the strength of my country’s railway industry, the maintenance pressure of railway tracks is increasing, and the maintenance efficiency, quality and safety requirements of operators are also getting higher and higher. How to ensure the safety of on-site workers is an urgent issue. Therefore, the research on the personal safety accident risk assessment of my country’s railway workers has important theoretical and practical significance for preventing and reducing railway safety accidents. This article firstly uses the literature research method to summarize the current status of the research on the personal safety of railway workers, and statistically analyzes 40 personal safety accidents of railway workers in China from 2011 to 2018 by the National Railway Group, and provides directions for further research.Secondly, based on the systematic method, human factor analysis and classification method(HFACS),the HFACS model framework for improving the personal safety accidents of railway workers is established, and the human factors that cause the personal safety risks of workers are classified and explained, and the analysis is thorough and in-depth The human cause of the risk is used as the evaluation index, the weight is calculated through the C-OWA operator, and the set pair analysis theory(SPA)is used to evaluate the accident model data;finally, the analysis results are summarized, and the implementation of monitoring management, improvement of staff quality,Measures to prevent accidents in four aspects: standardization of construction and strengthening of safety culture construction.
