LTE-R communication system is the next-generation railway wireless communication system based on the LTE of 4G mobile communication.It is necessary to establish a scientific and operable safety evaluation system for LTE-R communication system to promote the transition from GSM-R system to LTE-R system of next generation railway communication system,considering the high requirement of safety and reliability for railway special communication system.At present,the safety of high-speed railway wireless communication is mainly aimed at various business processes at home and abroad,but there are not many security analysis on the overall network structure and operation,maintenance and management of the system.In order to improve system safety performance fundamentally,detect system safety problems at the source in time and prevent safety accidents,it is necessary to establish a "problem discovery" railway communication system safety assessment and warning system to ensure the safety and reliability of railway transportation.Firstly,this paper introduces the evolution and development,system network structure,service model and technical advantages of the next generation railway wireless communication system LTE-R,and explains that it is imperative to develop from GSM-R system to the next generation railway communication system LTE-R.Taking railway safety EN standard and safety system engineering as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the railway system RAMS,introduces the methods and commonly used evaluation models for system safety risk analysis,combines the grey system theory and fuzzy mathematics theory,and constructs the grey-fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation method.Secondly,the main factors affecting the risk of the system are comprehensively analyzed and classified into five categories: people,equipment,network,environment and management.The security of the system is analyzed and evaluated,and built a risk evaluation index system based on LTE-R system.Then,experts and technical engineers in relevant fields are hired to grade the safety of the indicators related to the system risk.Combined with analytic hierarchy process and grey-fuzzy theory,a grey-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the safety risk of LTE-R communication system,and the specific system risk value is obtained and the results of risk evaluation are explained.Finally,according to the method and process of risk control,the security guarantee measures are proposed,and the design suggestions are put forward for the redundancy setting of LTE-R system core network and the networking mode of access network.The intelligent railway infrastructure is used to build a communication network system based on intelligent railways,thereby improving the operational safety of the railway system.The grey-fuzzy security assessment model proposed in this paper can dynamically evaluate the LTE-R system security,and is suitable for security risk assessment and analysis in various environments.It also gives some reference suggestions for system optimization design.It can theoretically improve the security of LTE-R system to a certain extent.It enriches the construction of high-speed railway safety assessment method system,and improves the safety management and risk response ability of LTE-R system in the transitional and later stage of wide application.
