| With the explosive growth of the demand for infrastructure construction in China,the engineering construction supervision industry has developed rapidly.However,the supporting laws and regulations are not perfect,and the service quality management system of the entire supervision industry has lagged behind.In particular,as the engineering construction supervision industry has gradually entered the Red Sea era from the golden age,the industry competition has intensified,and service quality has become a key factor in the competition.In the process of providing supervision services to the Employer,problems such as weak management and control ability of supervision work,focusing only on technology but not on service quality have gradually emerged,and the Company’s development has encountered bottlenecks.In view of the shrinking business of H supervision company,this thesis designs a questionnaire on the service quality of H supervision company,conducts a satisfaction survey on its current service quality,and finds out the problems in its supervision service.The quality of supervision service depends on the service ability of the supervision company.From the perspective of improving the service ability of H supervision company,the thesis explores the countermeasures to solve and improve its service quality problems,designs a measurement scale of H supervision company’s service ability that includes three dimensions:organizational management ability,process supervision ability,enterprise and human resource management ability,What service capability deficiencies led to the service quality problems of H Company using IPA analysis method.The analysis results show that: the strategic vision planning,enterprise system architecture and enterprise culture construction in the dimension of organizational management ability have low scores;The project safety supervision,progress supervision and supervision information management of the process supervision capability dimension scored lower;The professional ethics,professionalism and communication ability of supervisors in the human resources dimension are the lowest,and the overall score is low.Finally,according to the survey results of supervision service capacity of H Supervision Company and the existing problems summarized in this thesis,this thesis proposes strategies to improve the quality of supervision service of H Supervision Company from three aspects: organizational management ability,process supervision ability and enterprise and human resources.The service quality improvement measures proposed in the paper are helpful to solve the service quality problems currently existing in H Supervision Company.It can not only improve the centripetal force and work enthusiasm of supervision personnel,but also improve the company’s brand effect,make the construction unit trust the company’s supervision service ability more,enhance the enterprise competitiveness,continuously expand the market share,and achieve development and growth.At the same time,the research conclusions of the thesis have a good inspiration for peer enterprises to improve the quality of supervision services. |
