| As a large service-oriented state-owned enterprise,State Grid Corporation of China bears the social responsibility of ensuring power supply,assisting rural revitalization,and providing high-quality services.In recent years,governments at all levels have begun to actively transform their functions,paying more attention to the business environment and the realization of people’s well-being.The new demand for supervision of the service quality of power supply companies that affect the national economy and people’s livelihood is also increasing.In order to provide high-quality services,not only power supply enterprises should strengthen the optimization of service quality,but government regulation must also be adjusted appropriately to meet the current changes and jointly provide high-quality power guarantee for users.The research focus of this article is on the supervision of customer service for countylevel power supply companies.As the closest and largest county-level power supply company to users,it undertakes most of the responsibilities of providing power services to users.By properly monitoring the customer service quality of county-level power supply companies,we can also provide high-quality power services to our customers.This article takes Y Power Supply Company,a county-level power supply company,as an example.Using literature research,comparative analysis,empirical and theoretical methods,etc.,the SERVQUAL model is used to evaluate the problems of service quality,as well as the underlying corporate and government regulatory reasons behind these problems.Combining customer service theory,government regulation and other theories,from the perspective of enterprises,the quality of power grid customer service can be optimized from five aspects: optimizing tangible service quality,adopting multi-channel online power operation mode,streamlining business processes,and building the "Three Ones" distribution service center model.Optimize reliability and service quality,It is possible to build a "threelevel grid+honeycomb" power supply station Service mode,improving power quality.To optimize responsive service quality,precise business distribution and coordination coordination mode can be adopted,and a quick response business expansion service mode can be established to optimize,promoting the intelligent meter exchange service mode of mobile operations.To optimize guaranteed service quality,a directional electricity price evaluation and optimization mode can be established,while improving the quality of professional personnel.In terms of optimizing empathy service,personalized and exclusive service modes for large customers can be promoted,Adjust measures to local conditions,expand the service mode of characteristic industries,and promote value-added services in the Sharing economy.For government regulation,the government regulatory measures for the service quality of county-level power supply companies were summarized from four aspects,namely,the supervision should be led and coordinated by the government,a suggested and improved regulatory system,institutional guarantees for supervision,and a multi-party regulatory mechanism.Government regulation is a wide-ranging behavior that requires the cooperation of various factors such as systems,standards,laws,systems,and participants to truly promote the improvement of service quality for county-level power supply companies. |
