| With the increasing of the aging population in our country,our country pays more and more attention to this group.With the growth of age,the physical condition of the elderly declines to varying degrees,so the wheelchair has become an indispensable product in the home life of many old people.According to the information analysis released by the National Bureau of Statistics,there are more than 64 million disabled and semi-disabled old people in China,who cannot live without wheelchairs in their daily life.This makes China the country with the highest demand for elderly wheelchairs and the fastest growing rate in the world.In our country,there is a relatively wide range of wheelchair accessible people.However,the quality is uneven,it can not meet the needs of the elderly in many details.For this special group of the elderly,the function needs to be optimized.At present,there is a contradiction between the design of wheelchairs in the market and a better life demand of the elderly,which provides an opportunity for this paper to study the design of multi-functional wheelchairs at home for the elderly.In this paper,a variety of methods are used to deeply study the physiological and psychological characteristics,income and consumption,home environment and other factors of the elderly at home.Through the research on the development of multi-functional wheelchair in different countries,as well as the comparative analysis of different domestic multi-functional wheelchair products,the trend of multi-functional wheelchair design and the application of relevant technologies are summarized.Through questionnaire,interview and other methods,understand the various problems and needs of the elderly in home life,verify the reliability of the data by SPSS method,transform the user needs into functional descriptions according to the QFD/TRIZ integrated model method,form it into a functional list,and prioritize the design.Different principles and structures in the integrated model are used to solve the contradictions in wheelchair design,such as function configuration and learning cost,internal structure and function diversity,modularization and size.Combined with the factors that affect the design of home multifunctional wheelchair for the elderly,the design of home multifunctional wheelchair for the elderly is practiced.Let the later life of the elderly more convenient and more comfortable and make our own efforts for the aging cause of high quality development. |
