Deeply research human resource information systems,explore new technologies and methods of human resource management,improve the innovation and foresight of human resource management,help enterprises quickly adapt to market changes and changes in employee needs,and improve their ability to change.These goals and missions depict the grand vision and future development direction of A power companies in the new era.By building a new generation of "interconnected" human resource management system,an information system with flexible,open,shared intelligence,and fast and convenient characteristics will be built to achieve comprehensive awareness of human resource management status,efficient processing of human resource information,and convenient and flexible application of human resource decision-making.Through the entire process management of the construction and operation of the human resource information system of A Electric Power Company,this article finds that there are three problems in the human resource information system: first,the data quality is not high,and the information update is lagging behind;Second,employee participation is not high and there is a lack of user stickiness;The third is the lack of data sharing capabilities and the lack of cross professional service levels.Then,based on the problems existing in three aspects of human resource information systems,indepth analysis of project lifecycle risks is conducted from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.Risk research mainly includes the following aspects: First,identify risks at various stages of the organization,planning,construction,acceptance,and operation of the human resource information system through brainstorming,research tables,and fishbone diagrams.Secondly,using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to conduct risk assessment and divide the risks of the human resource information system into management risks,technical risks,economic risks,and decisionmaking risks is conducive to comprehensive analysis and management of the risks of the system.Through preliminary risk identification and screening,20 risk factors were identified as key research objects,such as weak information security awareness,lack of user feedback,and lack of team assistance ability.Divide these risk factors into key monitoring,general monitoring,and non included monitoring risks based on their importance,and develop corresponding management strategies and countermeasures to address different types of risks.The paper further improves the quality of human resource information system construction and ensures the normal and stable operation and operation of the system through research on the operational risks of human resource information system construction.While improving the human resource management level of the enterprise,it also provides risk management cases for the construction of other systems of A Power Company.This project has reference and guiding significance.
