The rural problem has always been the concern of Chinese construction and development.With the continuous improvement of the overall economic level of our country,the demand for the quality of rural living environment is also increasing.In recent years,domestic research on rural construction optimization focuses on cultural and historical villages and industrial transformation potential villages,while the research on farming villages is relatively scarce.The Chinese Karst area rural overall development of Guizhou is relatively backward,the living environment is poor,its construction and development is imperative.In view of this phenomenon,this paper introduces the characteristic utility theory,constructs the evaluation system of the residential utility of the farming villages,and verifies the validity of the model through partial subjective fuzzy evaluation.Combined with field research,this paper analyzes and discusses the relevant factors of the living environment of farming villages,and summarizes the strategies for optimizing the living environment of farming villages in Karst landform area.On the basis of this,the residential environment of Meng Zhai village is optimized and the corresponding improvement strategy is put forward.First of all the research background of this thesis topic,starting from the overall development of the rural construction background,discusses the importance of optimizing the construction of rural living environment of farming,clarifies the purpose and significance of the subject,describes the research object and content,and the research methods and technical route,put forward the overall research framework research.After that,we sort out the current situation of rural development and research in China,and conclude the current stage and problems faced by our rural areas,and at the same time,provide a basis for the optimization of rural residential environment.The rural development and research summary,select advanced experience for China,and provide reference for later optimization settings.Secondly,the characteristics of the utility theory of Hedonic,construction of the Karst agricultural habitat environment evaluation factors on the geographical characteristics,environmental characteristics,architectural features as the main direction of the set,and screened and adjusted by means of the analysis of the Karst landform features and outstanding characteristics of rural farming village Association analysis.On this basis,the weight of each factor is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the residential environment evaluation model of agricultural and rural areas in Karst landform area is established.The local fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out on the moncien village by field investigation.On this basis,the validity of the established evaluation model is checked and the possible correction is carried out.Finally,through the analysis of the actual survey results based on the residential environment evaluation model in the agricultural and rural areas of Karst,the key factors affecting the residential utility are obtained.And on this basis,the corresponding optimization construction strategy is put forward on the four aspects of the construction mechanism,location characteristics,environmental characteristics and architectural features.Finally,the residential environment of Meng Zhai village was optimized to provide reference for the optimization and construction of the residential environment in the farming and rural areas of the geomorphic area.
