Evaluation Of Yueyang Port Development Level Based On DPSIR Model

With the gradual rise of port status in urban planning,the society puts forward higher demand for port development level.The level of port development depends on its location and natural endowment.Meanwhile,the hinterland economy,social development and urban planning also play a positive role.How to objectively and comprehensively analyze the level of port development is particularly important.Yueyang port,as the only inland port of Yangtze River Economic Belt in Hunan,its development affects the economic development of the whole Hunan and even the central region.Therefore,taking Yueyang Port as the research object,this paper aims to build a scientific and comprehensive port development level evaluation system and provide practical significance for Yueyang port development level evaluation.Firstly,based on DPSIR(Drivers-Pressures-States-impact-Responses)model,this paper uses five factor sets of driving force,pressure,current situation,influence and response to objectively and organically connect,and constructs an evaluation index system.Based on DPSIR framework,a large number of Yueyang port port data are collected directionally,and 39 indicators with complete data are selected.On the basis of this,variability coefficient and multicollinearity method are used to screen out the indexes that lack evaluation ability and reflect information repetition,so that the construction of Yueyang port evaluation index system is objective and comprehensive.Secondly,based on the evaluation index system of Yueyang port,the comprehensive evaluation model of Yueyang port is constructed by using AHP and CRITIC method to assign the subjective and objective values,determine the weight of each index,membership vector and fuzzy operator selection.Finally,the development level of Yueyang port is evaluated by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that Yueyang Port presents a good development trend in the hinterland economic level,hinterland social level,industrial development speed,hinterland enterprise development environment,etc.In hinterland service capacity,hinterland transport capacity,hinterland urban infrastructure,hinterland natural environment and hinterland government support and other aspects are still inadequate.We should optimize the structure of urban road network and coordinate the development of resource allocation.Balance transport strength,strengthen infrastructure,achieve scale,intensive;Cooperate with the urban development plan,promote the construction of port enterprises,strengthen the integration of government and enterprise;Carry out special environmental remediation,restore the ecological environment;To promote mechanism innovation,the government plays a leading role and strives to build Yueyang into a new highland of inland opening in the central region.The conclusion of the paper is consistent with the current development policy objectives of Yueyang Port,indicating that the evaluation of the development level of Yueyang port based on DPSIR is objective and accurate,which has great significance for improving the comprehensive strength of Yueyang port in the future and has certain promotion value.
