Research On Performance Evaluation Strategy Of Rural Dilapidated Housing Renovation Projec

The reconstruction policy of dilapidated houses in rural areas is an important means to ensure the housing safety in the "two without worries and three guarantees" of poverty alleviation in China.It is a popular project to improve the living environment in rural areas and a key measure to promote the high-quality development of rural society and economy.It shoulders the important mission of social stability and livelihood guarantee.Along with the process of rural dilapidated house renovation project vigorously promoted,there have been problems in different degrees in different parts of the country,such as the project performance management is not perfect,the project management is not standardized,the evaluation data is not true and accurate,the application of results is not sufficient.This paper takes the reconstruction project of rural dilapidated houses in D County of Guizhou Province as the entry point,and mainly studies and analyzes the problems in performance management of the project.Based on this,this paper first expounds the background and research significance of this paper,and analyzes the necessity of standardizing performance management in the field of rural dilapidated house renovation projects.Secondly,based on the fundamental problems in performance management,questionnaires were distributed to township(sub-district)business leaders and specific personnel in charge of the dilapidated house reconstruction task,village branch and two committees and members of the task force in villages(grid workers),industry supervisors and assistant management departments,some industry professionals and farmers benefiting from the project.The paper analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in performance management of rural dilapidated housing reconstruction project.Finally,based on AHP-grey bleaching weight function comprehensive analysis method,the evaluation model of performance management is constructed,the judgment matrix is constructed and solved,the weight of influencing factors is determined and comprehensive evaluation is carried out.The results are applied to D County rural dilapidated house reconstruction project for case analysis,and the optimization strategy of performance management is proposed.
