With the increasingly complex battlefield environment,early warning aircraft has become an indispensable air node in modern warfare,and has shown its importance in many wars.Therefore,the evaluation and optimization of early warning aircraft is very important.Through the effectiveness evaluation of the early warning aircraft,we find that the system needs to be improved,and provide theoretical guidance for the use,optimization and new aircraft development of the follow-up early warning aircraft system.Starting from the task of the early warning aircraft system,this paper analyses the specific functions needed to perform the task,and studies the effectiveness of the early warning aircraft system combined with the effectiveness evaluation model and method.Firstly,the task of the early warning aircraft system is set up,and then the effectiveness evaluation scheme of the early warning aircraft system is established,and the evaluation process is established.Based on the analysis of the module composition of the system and the function needed to perform the task,the effectiveness evaluation in dex system of the early warning aircraft system is established according to the principle and process of the index system construction and the hierarchical structure of the system capability.The three components of ADC effectiveness evaluation method,namely system availability,credibility and inherent ability,are solved separately.Firstly,through the comprehensive analysis of the system,the working state of the system is divided.According to the state description,combined with the performance parameters of each subsystem of the early warning aircraft system,the availability of the early warning aircraft system is determined;according to the possible state changes of the system in the course of executing the task,the credibility results of the effectiveness evaluation model of the early warning aircraft system ADC are determined;the grey whitening weight function clustering method and the cloud center of gravity method are combined.The weight result of the index system determined by the analytic hierarchy process determines the inherent ability result by combining subjective evaluation with objective evaluation.The results of three parts are aggregated to get the effectiveness evaluation results of the early warning aircraft system.Through the overall results and module results of the effectiveness evaluation,the performance of the early warning aircraft is analyzed,and the disadvantage modules or links of the mission system are summarized to provide theoretical support and direction for the improvement of the performance of the early warning aircraft.Based on the above models and methods,the effectiveness evaluation of an early warning aircraft is carried out,and the evaluation results are given,and the results are analyzed.Based on the database of effectiveness evaluation,the software platform of effectiveness evaluation is developed to provide user-friendly software.
