We start the Post-Evaluation of project from early eighties of 20th century in China, refer to the theory and practice of Post-Evaluation from some developed countries. It have been carried out gradually for more than twenty years development. At present, there is some history for study of Post-Evaluation in home country and abroad, but the financing benefit is all used as the main indicator to measure the goodness or badness of project in majority of specification and professional Post-Evaluation theory and methods, which are not suitable for such investment project of rebuilding old and dilapidated house, because the project of rebuilding old and dilapidated house is not in pursuit of economic efficiency, but to provide the housing for relocates and pursue the social efficiency of their living environment changed. The scarcity of urban land resource is become more and more obvious with the development of city. The city can not be expanded unlimitedly, in result the rebuilding of old city is inevitable. The dissertations review the situation of research at home and abroad, of which research object is the framework of Post-Evaluation system for rebuilding of old and dangerous house project, comprehensively analyze the methods and theory and application system of Post-Evaluation for rebuilding old and dilapidated house project, study mainly the construction procedure of rebuilding of old and dangerous project, social impaction, environment impaction and sustainable development. The dissertation combine with the typical case of the Post-Evaluation work participated by author, use the method of quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis combined, the method of with or without antithesis and the method of logical framework to study the Post-Evaluation of rebuilding of old and dangerous project namely Spaceflight Century City-Bayu Nice Dream in living area of Banshan factory. The dissertation establish initially the evaluation system for Post-Evaluation of rebuilding old and dilapidated house project through the above analysis and research, provide the practical case for the using of Post-Evaluation system in the project of rebuildingold and dilapidated house.
