Research On Dangerous And Dilapidated Housing Management And Reconstruction And Analysis Of Influencing Factors In The Countryside Of Southern Coast Of Zhejiang

There is a complicated situation of building in the countryside of Southern coast of Zhejiang.Due to many historical reasons,buildings were built under a condition of high density including many self-built buildings,illegal buildings,old buildings and decrepit buildings.Many of them even don't have a valid documentation.Among these buildings,many of them are constituted by earth,wood and brick.Moreover,because of the lacking ability in architectural design and construction and people has a weak safety awareness in countryside,as well as the damage from natural disaster such as typhoon,the service life of buildings are accelerated decreased.This directly affect buildings,quality,which has an immediate threat to the safety of local residents.In recent years,dilapidated building collapsing accidents were happened in Southern coast of Zhejiang many times,All of those accidents are sounding the alarm for residents who living in dilapidated building.Therefore,it's really necessary for us to aware the urgency and importance of renovation of old and dilapidated country building.Taking action on the basis of having the awareness of protecting land source,be responsible for protecting land source and conscientiousness on protecting land source.Enhancing the awareness of responsibility,obligation and hardship,and simultaneously making up the most tough mind along with applying the optimal methods and initiatives to achieve the target of work harder.The task of renovation of old and dilapidated country building is not only important to the current government in terms of developing local agriculture,it's also one of the most current popular social focus.Few relevant experience at home and abroad for reference,so in the southern coastal region in the forefront of reform and opening up rural governance of dilapidated renovation work study,it is of great practical and theoretical significance,but also create a new situation of the urban transformation and economic transition,there are still many protentional uncertainties and problems meanwhile,which all need to take solution in the future development.This paper studies the problems existing in the governance and transformation of rural houses in southern Zhejiang coastal areas,and adopts the methods of field investigation and questionnaire survey.The influencing factors of 37 dilapidated houses were sorted out.Combined with SPSS software,nine public factors were extracted from 37 influencing factors by using molecular analysis method,and corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions were proposed for these common influencing factors.There are six chapters in total,the first chapter is introduction,which explains the research background,objective,the meaning and methods of research,and also the relative research in worldwide.The second chapter gives a briefly summarize to the renovation of old and dilapidated country building,which mainly defines what is old and dilapidated building and their features,how to take the renovation,and theories and development progress of renovating on old and dilapidated in countryside.The third chapter introduces and analyses the basic information,effect,confronting problem and affect factors of renovation of old and dilapidated country building in in southern Zhejiang coastal areas,The forth chapter discusses the determination and analysis of influencing factors in the governance and transformation of rural dilapidated houses.The fifth chapter gives the solution of how to renovate old and dilapidated country building in southern Zhejiang coastal areas.The sixth chapter summarized the research result,and also point out the future problem.
