| Energy plays an important role in promoting national economic and social development,an it is also an important necessity for human survival and development.With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization in recent years,China,as a major energy consumer in the world,is facing with huge energy supply pressure.At the same time,the traditional extensive energy consumption mode used in the previous development process has brought adverse effects on the ecological environment and climate.Under the background of "double-carbon" development,distributed photovoltaic power generation,as a new form of energy supply,can not only solve the current domestic energy supply and demand problems,but also solve the ecological environment problems.It is a new type of energy with good development prospects.The comprehensive benefit evaluation of distributed photovoltaic energy projects is helpful to explore its deficiencies in economic,social,environmental and technical aspects,so as to promote its better sustainable development,and also provide a powerful reference for the investment and establishment of new projects and project management decisions.In this context,this paper focuses on small and medium-sized projects of distributed photovoltaic power generation,and based on the perspective of sustainable development,taking the roof of distributed photovoltaic energy project of JT Company in SXT Industrial Park in N City as a research case to discuss the comprehensive benefits of the project.First of all,starting from the relevant concepts of distributed photovoltaic energy projects,the relevant concepts and principles of photovoltaic power projects are expounded,and the important components and structures of the photovoltaic power generation system are introduced.From the perspective of sustainable development,combined with the actual situation of distributed photovoltaic energy industry,the basic theoretical framework of distributed photovoltaic energy project evaluation is defined,and provides theoretical reference for the evaluation research of the project.Secondly,the evaluation method of the comprehensive benefit of distributed photovoltaic energy projects is expounded: the evaluation method of integrating entropy weight method and cloud model.According to the evaluation index weight calculated by the entropy weight method,the comprehensive evaluation of the distributed photovoltaic energy projects is carried out according to the constructed cloud model evaluation model,and the principle and model calculation process of the entropy weight method and the cloud model are explained respectively.Thirdly,from the perspective of sustainable development,the influencing factors of the evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the current distributed photovoltaic energy projects are analyzed respectively from the four aspects of economy,society,environment and technology.At the same time,combined with the situation of photovoltaic industry and the actual situation of engineering project cases,and using expert opinions,the evaluation index system including 19 quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators is constructed.Finally,on the basis of calculating the weight of indicators,determining the range of evaluation levels,and measuring the digital characteristics of the cloud model,the economic,social,environmental,technical and comprehensive benefits of the case projects are evaluated.At the same time,according to the evaluation results and the case situation,so as to provide corresponding reference and suggestions for the subsequent comprehensive benefit evaluation and management decision of distributed photovoltaic energy projects.The case evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of JT company’s distributed photovoltaic energy project are good,and the corresponding cloud model evaluation level is grade level.At the same time,the evaluation results of technical benefit and environmental benefit are of superior level,and the evaluation results of economic benefit and social benefit are of middle level.In terms of economic and social benefits,the shortcomings of JT needs to strengthen the profitability and solvency,reduce related costs and improve the operating profitability;in the future,during the investment and operation,pay attention to the project capital turnover and liquidity and improve the operational efficiency to prevent unexpected situations and affect the normal operation of the project. |
