As a key national support industry, photovoltaic industry has made rapid progress in recent years.Self-use distributed photovoltaic project is favored by investors for its simple development process, high return on investment and timely state subsidies. However, with the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic,it is also faced with the difficulties of owner selection, plant conditions are different, site selection is harsh etc.,which increase the risk of project investment.A comprehensive, considerable, applicable and scientific investment decision-making evaluation index system is proposed in this paper, and this will have realistic meaning.First of all, according to the characteristics of self-use distributed photovoltaic system, this paper determined the comprehensive evaluation index system of the self-use distributed photovoltaic project by consulting literature, case analysis, questionnaire research, expert interviews and other methods.According to the characteristics of the indicators, the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and calculate the indicator factors, the weight of the indicators,by combining with the method of fuzzy mathematics evaluation,we analyze and optimize the evaluation indicators and get the final evaluation results according to the calculation results of the maximum of membership. Finally, the evaluation index and method are validated by a practical case.In this paper,I establish a suitable comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method for self-used distributed photovoltaic project, which provides an effective method for the evaluation of such projects, meanwhile provides a reference for the selection and evaluation of similar projects.
