With the gradual increase of China’s gross national product,the energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,in recent years,China has begun to vigorously promote energy conservation and emission reduction and develop new clean energy,especially after the great goal of carbon neutral in the fourteenth five year plan Wind energy and other renewable clean energy as the main direction of energy development in China,and then issued relevant policies to support the construction of new energy field.Among them,photovoltaic power generation project has attracted the attention of the majority of researchers because of its unique clean and efficient,wide range of application and low carbon emissions and noise.As a more characteristic distributed photovoltaic power generation project in photovoltaic power generation technology,it also has the advantages of distributed and plug and play,compared with the previous traditional photovoltaic power generation project,The specific advantages of distributed photovoltaic power generation are that the total investment amount of the project is small,the impact on life and surrounding environment is small,and the site selection requirements are lower.These advantages make distributed photovoltaic power generation become the most popular research topic in t he energy field.However,the photovoltaic power generation capacity is easily limited by natural conditions,such as solar radiation,temperature,geographical location,and so on Climate and other factors will affect the capacity of photovoltaic power generation,so distributed photovoltaic power generation is intermittent and unstable.In recent years,installing energy storage system in distributed photovoltaic power generation system is the most commonly used means to overcome the above shortcomings.In recent years,China is also actively promoting the photovoltaic energy storage technology in China,However,due to the large capital investment in the early stage and the high difficulty of operation and maintenance in the later stage,the development of energy storage photovoltaic power generation market in China is slow.Therefore,how to carry out and guide the construction of energy storage photovoltaic power generation project in China is a very important research direction of China’s clean energy industry.Therefore,starting from the research of photovoltaic power generation construction project,combined with the development impact of current energy storage technology on photovoltaic power generation project,and based on the qualitative indicators and actual cases,this paper makes a comprehensive research and analysis,and makes a comprehensive evaluation study on the energy storage photovoltaic power generation project in industrial park.In this paper,firstly,the related theories of photovoltaic power generation technology,energy storage technology and comprehensive evaluation are elaborated.Through comparative analysis of several index weight methods and comprehensive analysis methods,it is confirmed that the comprehensive evaluation method of this paper is TOPSIS analysis method based on entropy weight AHP composite weight.Then,on the basis of relevant principles and index definition,the comprehensive evaluation system of energy storage photovoltaic construction project is established,From four aspects of social factors,environmental factors,technical factors and economic factors,26 quantifiable evaluation indexes are analyzed and selected,and a comprehensive evaluation index system of energy storage photovoltaic construction projec ts is constructed,which provides a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of energy storage photovoltaic construction projects in China,Then,the calculation part of the EWM-TOPSIS method in the comprehensive evaluation model is elaborated.Finally,the analysis model is used to analyze the four factors and comprehensive benefits of the energy storage photovoltaic power generation project in Z park.The analysis results show that the energy storage photovoltaic construction project in Z park is the highest comprehensive benefit evaluation among all reference projects,which has good project feasibility and meets the requirements of investment and construction.
