| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction of highways in various regions has been accelerated,especially the construction of expressways,which makes people’s life more and more convenient,and logistics and transportation industry more and more developed.But at the same time,as dangerous goods,traffic accidents caused by road transportation of refined oil often have a very bad impact,especially the leakage of oil products,which will bring losses to people’s lives and property and environmental pollution.The author is an ordinary manager of Enterprise A.It is of great practical significance to study the risks of road transportation of refined oil products and then propose beneficial management measures for the enterprise.This paper expounds the characteristics of highway transportation of refined oil and refined oil,and highlights the particularity of highway transportation of refined oil and the importance of safety and environmental protection.Through the statistical analysis of the traffic accidents in Enterprise A,the general rules that lead to traffic accidents are summarized.The risk and risk assessment analysis theories were expounded and analyzed.The ah P was used to score and rank the risk factors that may lead to traffic accidents in the road transportation of refined oil in Enterprise A,and the main risk factors that may easily lead to traffic accidents in the road transportation of refined oil in enterprise A were obtained.Through the statistical analysis of traffic accidents and the calculation of weights by analytic hierarchy process,it can be concluded that the risk factors that easily lead to traffic accidents mainly include too fast speed,fatigue driving,no electricity in the electrostatic connection zone,lack of concentration,operation error and other factors.In view of the analysis results,constructive Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of road risk control,vehicle equipment management,driver management,emergency rescue,HSE system and mechanism construction,etc.,aiming at reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents in Enterprise A and improving the safety and environmental management level of enterprise A. |
