Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle(IGCC)is an advanced low-polluting and efficient solution of clean coal power generation,which has developed rapidly in recent years.Because IGCC is mainly composed of such two parts as the coal gasification system and gas cycle power generation system,it has potential hazard.However,the current safety risk analysis for process equipment of IGCC systems is relatively weak,so there is an urgent need for research to make it up.In this thesis,an IGCC power plant was studied as the research object.Firstly,the safety risk factors of the process equipment were identified by the safety checklist method and the brainstorming method through the control design data,site survey and similar device accident.A set of safety risk factors for the IGCC process equipment was established,including the overall risk factors of the IGCC device,6 risk factors for the large system units,and 27 secondary risk factors for specific process equipment.Fuzzy AHP(FAHP)was selected as the main method of risk assessment.The weight of IGCC risk factors are determined by the hierarchical analysis and the consistency test was conducted.The results showed that "the too large coal feeding in second phase" has the highest weight.The fuzzy evaluation set of four levels of risk was set up,the membership degree matrix was established,and the mathematical model was conducted.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,the IGCC safety risk level of process equipment was assessed by integrate fuzzy method to avoid the subjective factors of experts on the overall analysis of the results of the evaluation.The results showed that the overall risk level of the process equipment of IGCC was graded as class I.The risk level of air separation system and gasifier system is the highest and graded as class I.In summary,the safety risk of IGCC is huge,the measures for relative risk control were suggested,such as engineering and management solutions,to provide an effective method for operation of the IGCC system with safety,stability and long-term operation.
