The Comparison Of Assessment Standard For Green Eco-District In China And Abroad Under Carbon Neutrality Goal

As the world enters the era of carbon neutrality,the evaluation criteria of countries around the world begin to revise for the goal of carbon neutrality.China is also in this era,and it is possible to integrate the carbon neutrality goal and carry out the revision of relevant evaluation criteria,including Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District from China.Based on the development needs of " Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District from China " under the goal of carbon neutrality,this study takes " Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District " as the object,and compares and analyzes the typical Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District at home and abroad from the evaluation system and practice feedback.Through theoretical and applied exploration,this study provides enlightening suggestions for the revision of Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District from China towards the goal of carbon neutrality.The research is divided into three parts:The first part raises questions and contains chapter one.Under the background of deepening the implementation of carbon neutrality goal,it is urgent to discuss how to revise Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District from China to meet the carbon neutrality goal.Through literature review,it is found that comparative analysis is often used to explore the revision path of evaluation criteria.Therefore,comparative analysis is chosen as the main research method,and the technical route of research is constructed based on it.The second part analyzes the problems,including chapter two and chapter three.By reviewing the development and practice of Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District in the world,this paper clarified the relationship between the carbon neutral goal and Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District,and sorted out the general idea of integrating the carbon neutral goal in foreign evaluation standards.After that,based on the revision of Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District in China,it is found that there are three development limitations in it,such as "the calculation method of urban carbon emissions is not unified".Therefore,this study puts forward that Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District from China can compare the evaluation standard of foreign countries from two aspects: evaluation system and practice feedback,and explore the revision path.The third part solves the problem,including chapter four and chapter five.First of all,LEED Cities and Communities of the United States and DGNB UD of Germany are selected as the comparative analysis objects of Assessment Standard for Green Eco-District from China.Based on this,horizontal comparative analysis is conducted from three aspects of "overall framework,evaluation indicators and key contents".The similarities and differences of typical evaluation criteria in evaluation system are obtained.After that,the research combined with 8 representative certification projects of Chinese,American and German evaluation standards,carried out horizontal comparison from the three aspects of "overall performance,practice points and carbon emission performance",and sorted out the similarities and differences in practice feedback of typical evaluation standards.Finally,based on the theoretical and applied comparative analysis results,the correlation between the carbon neutrality goal and the difference between the evaluation standard is clarified,and 11 enlightening suggestions are provided for the revision of Assessment Standard for Green EcoDistrict from China for the carbon neutrality goal.
