Research On The Revision Of German Green Building Evaluation Standard Under The Vision Of Carbon Neutral And Its Enlightenment

In the 21 st century,the problems of climate change,energy shortage and environmental pollution become more and more serious,which have threatened the limit of human survival time and space.Under the guidance of the United Nations climate conference,all countries in the world are moving towards the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral.We are now in the era of carbon neutral vision.Green building and green building evaluation standards are also changing with the change of international situation.Through the exploration of international green building and green building evaluation field,it is found that the concept of "net zero emission" is the main idea in the world,and the goal of carbon neutrality is moving forward.Based on the analysis of China’s "green building evaluation standard" 2019 edition,it is found that its revision fails to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality as the international countries do.This is determined by the universality and universality of the national green building evaluation standard itself,and also by the complexity of coping with the carbon neutral goal.Therefore,after a certain selection,this paper selects DGNB and ASGB for multi angle comparison,and obtains some enlightenment suggestions.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development status of green building evaluation at home and abroad.After screening,eight foreign green building evaluation standards and their carbon neutral related contents are explored and analyzed,covering America,Europe,Australia,Africa and Southeast Asia.This paper summarizes the similarities and differences of eight national green building evaluation standards in response to the carbon neutral target.Then it analyzes the revision and current situation of China’s green building evaluation standards,and selects DGNB,the pioneer in carbon neutral concept penetration,from eight countries based on the internal carbon reduction concept penetration and external international transmission of China’s green building evaluation standards.Then,the paper analyzes and interprets the specific revision contents of dgnb and its latest version of " Framework for carbon neutral buildings & sites " in Germany,and has a clear understanding of their evolution process,the characteristics of system provisions and the relationship between them.DGNB 2018 version in Germany focuses on resource conservation and adds four new sections,in which the content of the promotion provisions is dominated by the evaluation of energy and carbon emissions.The 2020 version of " Framework for carbon neutral buildings & sites " of DGNB in Germany focuses on climate protection.With the four sections of DGNB 2018 version in Germany,it improves the content of the articles,transforms the evaluation of energy and carbon emissions into specific energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction goals,and makes buildings move towards the goal of carbon neutral.Finally,based on the revision of DGNB 2018 version in Germany and " Framework for carbon neutral buildings & sites " 2020 version,the paper makes a horizontal comparative analysis of the evaluation standards of green buildings in China and Germany from the macro system and micro provisions,summarizes their similarities and differences,and concludes eight overall enlightenment paths for the subsequent optimization of ASGB in China.Then return to the goal of DGNB to deal with carbon neutralization,and make a comparative analysis on the evaluation standards of green buildings in China and Germany from the aspect of carbon content,and summarize seven carbon enlightenment paths for ASGB to implement the concept of internal carbon reduction.
