| At present,under the influence of urban development,industrial development,aging population,housing environment and other problems,in addition to the rapid population flow driven by the development of transportation industry,urban high-density environment has aggravated the risk of infectious diseases.In recent years,frequent global public health events have posed a great threat to human life and health.Judging from several major epidemic prevention and control cases in China,residential areas have become a key line of defense for epidemic prevention and control due to their high concentration of people and high risk of cross-infection.Therefore,it is urgent to incorporate epidemic prevention into the planning and design of residential areas,explore the epidemic prevention mechanism of residential space environment,and improve the epidemic prevention capacity of residential space.In this paper,from the perspective of residential epidemic prevention design,residential space,equipment and the surrounding environment as the research object,aiming at Guangzhou senior high density residential space and studied the evaluation index system of epidemic prevention capability,to explore the epidemic prevention design optimization ideas and improve the countermeasures,in order to provide the future residential space and epidemic prevention evaluation standard custom front research reference,It provides a basis for the construction of epidemic prevention system in urban residential areas.This paper analyzes the internal relationship between infectious disease prevention and residential space environment from multiple aspects through theoretical research.The influencing factors of infectious diseases are complex and diverse,and the construction of epidemic prevention capacity in building space cannot protect households from infection.Instead,it can make up for the shortcomings of high infection risk,guide a healthy lifestyle,reduce the risk of infectious diseases and promote physical and mental health by creating a good residential space.In terms of theoretical research,the research progress of infectious disease transmission characteristics,urban epidemic prevention history,healthy urban community theory,resilient city theory and other aspects are summarized.Health community theory and toughness city theory to provide a certain guidance to residential and epidemic prevention,strategic,overall see partial macro,principle,it is difficult to guide the construction of epidemic prevention ability of specific issues,health risk prevention in residential space and the applicability of the epidemic prevention ability construction level is not high,needs to be combined with architectural space intervention way explore the coping mechanisms of physical space in the epidemic prevention system.In terms of basic research,the evaluation framework of epidemic prevention capacity in urban residential space was established through literature research,field observation,questionnaire survey and other investigation methods.Based on literature review and field research,Delphi method was adopted to establish an evaluation system.A total of 15 experts in architectural design and medical and health fields were invited to participate in anonymous letter consultation.After the first round of consultation,an evaluation system of epidemic prevention capacity in residential space was initially established.On this basis,the second round of inquiry was conducted,and the weight of indicators was calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,an evaluation index system of epidemic prevention capacity in residential space was established,including 3 criteria level indicators,9 sub-criteria level indicators,and 30 indicators level indicators.The application study of the evaluation index system was carried out based on research examples.Based on the construction of the index system,this paper selected three representative high-density residential areas in Guangzhou--Huiyang Yuan,Dongjun Lijing Yuan and Zhonghaihua Bay No.1(Area C)as the key research objects.Based on the satisfaction questionnaire,interview data of management personnel and sample data obtained from field observation,the epidemic prevention capacity of sample residential areas was evaluated,and the status quo and evaluation results were analyzed.Through sorting out the evaluation results of sample residential areas,the optimization suggestions of epidemic prevention design in existing residential areas were put forward respectively.On this basis,the key points of optimal design are summarized,and the optimal design strategies that meet the common needs of epidemic prevention construction in urban residential areas are proposed from four aspects: residential planning and architectural design,water supply and drainage design,living circle configuration,and facilities and equipment management.From the perspective of epidemic prevention design in residential areas,this paper explores the construction system of spatial epidemic prevention capacity in urban residential areas and explores its evaluation methods and optimization design ideas.The research results can provide a basis for quantitative analysis and objective evaluation of epidemic prevention capacity,provide practical guidance for epidemic prevention design and epidemic prevention renovation in existing residential areas,and provide a supplement for evaluation standards of healthy residential areas and healthy buildings,which plays an important role in urban epidemic prevention system and epidemic prevention construction and development in residential areas. |
