| With the aging of the community,the community business center is an important form of community supporting facilities that can support the daily life of community residents,including the elderly.Compared with developed countries,there is still a large market space for the construction of community commercial centers in China.The construction of elderlyfriendly community commercial centers has multiple social significance,but the actual construction of community commercial centers in China is too pursuit of commercial interests,and there are fewer services to meet the needs of the elderly.Research on how to improve the service level of the elderly population in community commercial centers is still in the exploratory stage.This study is based on promoting the construction of elderly friendly community business centers to enhance the vitality and happiness of community life for the elderly.Based on field research,this study uses behavior observation,questionnaire survey and interview methods to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the environmental behavior elements of elderly user groups in terms of behavior preferences and communication characteristics.From specific behavioral events to life scenes and the overall spatial environment,the specific conditions of the interaction between users and spaces of community commercial centers are analyzed layer by layer,focusing on the actual needs,usage behaviors and psychology of elderly users,and exploring the spatial design strategies of community commercial centers that can enhance the vitality and social interaction of elderly people,in order to provide reference for the architectural design and renewal of similar projects.The paper first elaborates the research concept,defines the research object,and determines the research framework.Then,the relevant theories of community business centers were sorted out,and the relevant research results at home and abroad were reviewed,and the typical successful cases of elderly-friendly community business centers were studied.On this basis,the field research of the Guangzhou case was carried out and the data results were analyzed.The behavioral scenario analysis method is mainly used to conduct in-depth research from the two levels of holistic behavior space and typical functional module,summarize the activity scenarios of the elderly,summarize the behavior patterns and demand characteristics of the elderly in the community center,and then summarize the functional preferences and use space characteristics of the elderly with three different types of needs in the community business center.Finally,from the four aspects of functional mode,operation mode,space mode and space detail design,the design strategy of building function and space mode of the elderlyfriendly community commercial center is systematically summarized.Main research results:(1)Summarizing the behavioral characteristics of the elderly group in the community business center,the three main social interaction needs of the elderly-communication and interaction needs,child needs,and exercise needs.And summarize the hot space and functional types that adapt to the activities of the elderly group.(2)According to the results of field research and combined with excellent cases at home and abroad,the function iteration and spatial renewal mechanism of the elderly-friendly community commercial center is proposed.(3)According to the characteristics of the three types of needs of the elderly,put forward a space scene design model suitable for their integration into the community commercial center... |
