| Urban historic districts are an important part of urban material, cultural and economic form. With the rapid urban construction, the block transformation method also brings problems such as low space utilization rate and insufficient regional vitality, largely ignoring the needs of social subjects.According to the theory of spatial behavior, the space environment will have an impact on the user’s behavior. As an important part of the social material environment, green space also has a guiding impact on behavior and use. Therefore,by optimizing the design of the external environment and internal factors of green space,it can effectively guide the behavior of the crowd and improve the vitality of the space. However,in the process of urban development, what role does the green space in the historic district play in the leisure life of the crowd, how the development of green space responds to the needs of users, and how to improve the sense of activity experience of the space, etc.are all green in the old city.Space improvement and refined design need to be further explored.Guided by the theory of spatial behavior, the thesis explores the correlation between the green space of Dashilar in Beijing and the behavior of crowds through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. With the help of Depth Map X software to build a spatial model, visualize the overall structure of the external environment of green space, and combine field research, questionnaire interviews, recreational behavior observation and other methods to study the interaction between the internal elements of the space and crowd behaviors, and on this basis, propose corresponding optimizations Design Strategy. The thesis is divided into 6 parts:The first part, through the discussion of the development status and related background of green space in old urban areas in China, determines that this research will use questionnaires, observation of recreational behavior and other methods,as well as research technical routes, research contents, etc. The research status at home and abroad in the historical district and other research directions is reviewed and summarized. The second part is concept definition and theoretical research, which introduces the related concepts of green space and landscape pattern index, and elaborates the research theories and methods used in the thesis. The third part is the research part of the current situation of green space in Dashilar,Beijing. It conducts field investigations on the current situation of green space in Beijing’s old city,Dashilar block and Guanyinsi area from the macro, meso and micro scales, summarizes the types of green space, and discusses The problem of the current situation of green space construction lays the foundation for the research on correlation. The fourth part is the research on the relationship between crowd behavior and green space.Through questionnaire interviews, quantitative analysis of space syntax and observation of recreational behavior, three aspects of crowd demand evaluation, space accessibility and space vitality are studied. The fifth part is the green space optimization design strategy part, which is mainly based on the previous status investigation and correlation analysis, and proposes the Dashilar green space optimization design strategy from the block level and the design level. The sixth part is the conclusion part of the thesis. This part is mainly to sort out the main research content of the previous thesis, the deficiencies in the current thesis and the prospect of future related research. |
