| The demand of residential environment has obviously increased among citizens with rapidly raised living condition which caused by the developing economic in China in recent years. The gradually transferred from pursuing basic residential spaces to pursuing community environments, especially residential green space, reflected our growing spiritual demand and a higher lever of physiological needs. At present, quite a lot of green space which belong to the new residential areas are regarded as selling point for higher sales. They provided a lot of green space which only for visiting. Although these space gave a strong visual enjoyment to people at the early time, but people would have no place for leisure when they settled in this settlement. While some residential areas had been set up activity space, these space were almost clubs and indoor venues which not only increasing the economic burden of residents, but also reflecting a unfair share to the residents. This paper discussed design methods and related theories of activity venues of urban residential green space. This paper described the development of domestic and international residential areas environment and related theories such as design theory, psychological theory and environmental behavior theory, etc. We found out the problems in the residential activity area by investigating numbers of the communities in Fu Zhou. We proposed a series of theoretical summary for designing residential activity area which was based on the existing problems. Firstly, we proposed five design principles for the activity venue. Secondly, we set up a new macro-control index for residential activity space and proposed a series of design methods for the space and content design of activity area in residential zone. Then we put forward appropriate solutions to solve the conflicts between hard pavement and ecological environment, and between the green space and activity space in community. Finally, according to the classification of green venues, we proposed plant design of different venues in residential area. In the last part of the paper, we inspected the established theory for residential area by analyzing six communities. By the specific analysis, we verified the theory in the third part of the article which is summarized by the author. |
