With the development of social and economy and the improvement of industrial automation level,large equipment represented by rotating machinery has been widely used in various industrial sites.After long-term operation,the equipment parts will appear deterioration and damage.If the operation status cannot be monitored timely and effectively,it will cause major accidents and even casualties.To effectively monitor the operating state of the rotating machinery,the presence of vibration abnormalities can be monitored by sensors installed on the rotating machinery.However,due to the existing types of sensors,measurement accuracy and transmission efficiency,some monitoring methods cannot meet the actual needs of the industrial site.In order to improve the vibration monitoring efficiency of rotating mechanical rolling mill,a MEMS system on the basis of high precision measurement and portable deployment.For the vibration signal noise and trend term interference,random error compensation strategy based on empirical mode decomposition algorithm.The linear acceleration is obtained by using the low-pass filtering algorithm.Use the time-frequency transform and the frequency domain integration algorithm to extract the speed and displacement signal.A data compression method of vibration data which causes low communication efficiency and high power consumption.First,the singularity information is extracted by wavelet transform;second,the signal is reconstructed after removing broadband signals such as the threshold.The compressed data contains the same spectral information as the original data under the premise of ensuring compression ratio.A fast network method for vibration node signal acquisition is designed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of short-distance wireless communication of industrial field signal acquisition system,realizes the data interaction between vibration measurement node and mobile terminal through low power Bluetooth technology,and designs the transmission gateway supporting BLE5.0 protocol.This gateway efficiently receives,integrates node data,and transmits the highest computer terminal after protocol conversion.The experimental results show that the designed vibration monitoring system designed has the advantages of accurate measurement and convenient deployment,and can provide good technical support for industrial field operation and maintenance.
