Dynamic Signal Analyzer has been the main test instrument in noise and vibration analysis, modal analysis and acoustic test. it has been widely used in aerospace, mechanical, environmental and bio-medical fields. Dynamic Signal Analyzer is able to generate signal, doing signal acquisition and signal analysis, we can analyze the characteristics of the physical signal in the time domain, frequency domain and amplitude domain. The thesis introduces the background and significance of development of dynamic signal analyzer, indicates the purpose of the designing a high performance, large dynamic range, real-time dynamic signal analyzer, and then proposes the overall scheme according to the design requirements, and then describes hardware design of the system in detail. The whole system can be divided into three parts, include input channels, high-precision sampling and data processing module and signal source module. The input channels complete the preprocessing of the input signal, in order to get the best dynamic range in the bandwith, some related processes of input singal need to be done before the high-precision analog-digital conversion; then using two Σ-Δ ADC to achieve high-precision dynamic signal acquisition by the principle of oversampling, based on theory of software radio, designing an efficient dynamic signal data processing module mainly doing the data cache, digital down conversion and digital filtering; applicating DDS technology in the signal source circuit which generates a variety of commonly used signal waveform. The thesis verifys the feasibility and effectiveness of each module through testing of hardware circuits and observing the results, the instrument achieves required targets finally and offers outstanding performance, the data rata is 625kSa/s with a dynamic range up to 100 dB, and the frequency range is about 102.4 kHz.
