With the rapid development of modern communication technology,the communication industry has more and more strict requirements on the performance of communication equipment.Communication power supply equipment is the basis of communication equipment operation.Previous earthquakes have caused large-scale destruction of communication systems and power outages,which have seriously affected rescue and relief work after earthquakes.Power interruption is the main cause of communication network interruption,so more and more attention has been paid to seismic test and status monitoring of communication power equipment.The seismic test scheme can be optimized and a new seismic test standard can be formulated by developing a communication power supply state monitoring and vibration signal analysis system,which is of great significance to the development of communication industry.This paper studies the research status of monitoring system,signal acquisition and processing system at home and abroad.According to the test requirements and the company's situation,this paper designs an acquisition device that is based on ARM-Linux system and a Windows monitoring software.Determine the overall design scheme of the acquisition instrument,design the hardware system according to hardware;Build cross-compilation environment and do driver development according to ARM software.To design and implement the software for network communication under the Windows operating system,it uses socket interface technology and determine the use of TCP protocol for network data transmission according to the data requirements.For the above reasons,this paper designs a system,which extends data display,storage and processing.Finally,the status monitoring and vibration signal analysis system of the designed communication power supply equipment is tested on the spot.The data acquisition system runs steadily and can realize the functions of simultaneous acquisition,storage,display and signal analysis of power supply operating voltage and vibration signal.The results show that the functions of the system meet the requirements of the code for Specification for Seismic Test of Telecommunications Equipment.
