Technical And Economic Analysis Of Construction Scheme Of Building Overall Translation Project

The scale and layout of cities in China is constantly changing.At the same time,a great quantity of historical or modern buildings have been forcibly dismantled,which undermining the foundation of traditional culture and resulting in a great waste of civil resources.In order to solve this problem,the building integral translation technology has been innovated developed and applied.With the successful implementation of the building translation case,the scale and translation distance of the displaced building are also increasing,and the project safety,quality and economic risks are also rising.Therefore,it is urgent to make a comprehensive and standardized evaluation of the construction scheme.After literature survey,it is found that at present,scholars pay more attention to the renewal and application of building overall translation technology,but ignore the system construction and scheme demonstration.The related research on building overall translation construction scheme is almost blank,resulting that there is no unified standard for scheme comparison or application of other construction project scheme evaluation criteria in practice,It is not promotive to the risk control and scheme selection of the overall translation project of the building.Thus,this research carries out the construction scheme technical estimation,economic analysis and index evaluation system module construction for the overall translation project of the building.Based on a detailed understanding of the overall building translation technology and various construction processes,this paper classifies,expounds,compares and summarizes the building translation power and equipment forms,that also summarizes the technical and economic analysis methods of the construction scheme,in order to offer some supporting theories for the relevant contents.Combined with the research data,the index factors related to the overall translation technology and economy of the building are preliminarily screened,the selected indexes are further revised and adjusted in combination with the expert investigation method.The effectiveness of the experts’ viewpoint are tested by the expert enthusiasm.After several rounds of investigation and correction,the assessment index of the construction scheme of the building overall translation project composed of 6 primary indexes and 17 secondary indexes is finally obtained,and the evaluation standards of each secondary index are explained to improve its operability.Based on the idea and theory of value engineering and experimental calculation method,the technical and economic analysis and evaluation index system of construction scheme of building overall translation project is further classified and quantified.The six first-class indexes selected are divided into five functional indexes and one cost index.The weight coefficients of different index items are computed by analytic hierarchy process.The expert investigation method is adopted to improve the judgment matrix and a building translation construction scheme evaluation system with perfect weight coefficients is obtained,It can be used to the real engineering program to calculate the final value coefficient of different construction schemes.Therefore,the overall translation construction case of XJ Hotel historical building in Changsha is selected to carry out detailed technical and economic analysis on different construction schemes,calculate the value modulus of different schemes based on the value engineering method,which can be directly used for scheme selection.The above results promote the development and application of building integral translation technology in China.
